DEPOSITS
At Valentina Hair Artistry we value trust and reliability.
While an initial deposit is not required, missed or rescheduled appointments with less than 24hours notice, will result in a $50 deposit rebooking fee.
The total deposit amount will be accounted for towards your next booking.
SALON PHONE
Due to high demand, we may not be able to answer enquiries immediately. Please allow up to 48hours for a reply.
BOOKING HOLDINGS
Please note that appointment availability is subject to change as we are unable to hold bookings. Bookings are only secured once you have received a booking confirmation.
ONLINE QUOTES
While we try our best to prepare you for an estimated outcome, a precise quote will only be given during consultation, prior to service.
SHORT HAIRCUTS
Please note that we do not offer short, above the jaw haircuts.
We are more than happy to refer you to a better suited stylist for this.
RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE
We understand life happens and therefore have a 15minute grace period for all clients running late. Unfortunately, after this time Valentina Hair Artistry reserves the right to amend or reschedule your appointment due to colour limitations.
RE DO ADJUSTMENTS
Sometimes hair needs a little fine tuning
Please message us within four days after your initial appointment with any concerns and a complimentary adjustment session will be arranged within two weeks of your initial booking.
Please note, that while refunds are not offered, we are committed to perfecting your style.
It is important to note, we do not offer ‘change of mind’ adjustments.
COLOUR LIMITATIONS
Valentina Hair Artistry reserves the right to reschedule or refuse an appointment if we believe that your hair is currently unable to be lightened due to previous colour damage or unrealistic expectations.
We believe that great colour starts with great hair.
A care package will be tailored to you in preparation for your new appointment, assuring a more efficient outcome.
